Mr. Justice Sardar Muhammad Shamim Khan has been reappointed as Chief Judge Gilgit-Baltistan on 05 November, 2025. The Honourable Chief Judge took oath on 12 November,2025.

The Registrar Supreme Appellate Court Mr. Aqil Hassan Chohan hoisted the national flag on Independance Day of Pakistan at SAC Gilgit.
The event was attended by esteemed staff members of SAC, who displayed unwavering solidarity with their homeland.
Special prayers were offered for the integrity, solidarity, and development of Pakistan .
